Seaborne Airlines celebrates it’s first successful year offering direct flights to La Romana Airport!

Seaborne Airlines is currently celebrating their first year providing flights from Puerto Rico to the Dominican Republic. And what a successful first year it has been! Since they inaugurated their service to the Dominican Republic with a direct flight into the Casa de Campo – La Romana Airport, they since added addition routes to Santo Domingo, Punta Cana and Santiago.

A brief history of Seaborne

Seaborne Airlines, a travel company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, started their operations in 1992 providing services from Puerto Rico, as well as sightseeing tours over Alaska. A year later, they started their flight program to the Virgin Islands. And today, 22 years later, they provide flights throughout the Caribbean.

In December of 2013, the company announced their direct flight program to the Casa de Campo – La Romana Airport.

Casa de Campo villa owners, residents and visitors to the entire Eastern region of the Dominican Republic can now jet in and out of La Romana Airport direct to San Juan on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
